Return Policy/Exchange—
(In Case any other product needed)

1. The item must be in sealable condition.
2. A real unboxing video is mandatory & a return must be intimated within 24 hours of purchase.
3. Shipping charges will be payable by the customer.
4. Pickup is available for a charge of Rs 150/- only.
5. Once the product is delivered to us, a refund/exchange will be initiated in the next 24 hours.

Exchange Policy-
(In Case of any defects)

1. The item must be in sealable condition.
2. A real unboxing video is mandatory & an exchange must be intimated within 24 hours of purchase.
3. If you have taken an insurance policy at the time of placing the order, both sides of shipping will be payable by the dealer.
4. Pickup from doorstep is available. (May take 48 hours)
5. Once the product is delivered to us. The exchange will be initiated in the next 24 hours.
